This article talks about the situation some people are put through in their jobs. In your job you can either be the victim or the offender, most people take the opportunity in their job positions to make other people, specifically colored like they are small and useless. They treat them differently and its fairly obvious because they wouldn't do that to other people and they don't. Being a victim is not easy because it makes getting your errands done difficult or just simply going out of your house feel like your life is in endanger and targeted.
