1The student has a clear understanding of violence and implements the term well.

2 Students can read their scenes or act them out.

3 Ask students to respond to the question, "How does violence on TV affect students in our schools?" This could be written or verbal discussion.

4 Have students share their nonviolent scenes using their method of choice (read or act out).

5 Students should be able to recognize that there are nonviolent solutions to everything they may encounter.
