Conclusion
A pronoun is a word used to stand for or take place of a noun. An antecedent is the word that a pronoun replaces or refers to.
First of all it is important that we are aware of the correct grammar. Being familiar with the rules in pronoun-antecedent agreement, we are able to avoid using wrong pronouns in our antecedent.
