Your weight and your health almost always fall in to the 80/20 rule. Your weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. On that same note, a diet should be 80% healthy but allow yourself that 20% "cheat" to knock out cravings and eliminate guilt. Obesity is a silent killer. The newest generation will not live as long as the current ones because of how fast obesity is spreading in children. If we don't do something now, no one will be around to do anything later.
