Congenital Heart Defects

Conclusion

Wow, we have covered an incredible amount of material involving congenital heart defects. If the picture of the "confused baby" above does not quite describe you right now, there are a few more sites I would like to offer if you have the time or brain power left to pursue more infomation.  The first two are on fetal cirucaltion and transition to post-natal circulation.

I also have some videos on cyanotic heart defects.  They are approximately 5-9 minutes in length, but are great if you are an auditory/visual learner.

Finally, I have additional website for each of the presented congenital heart defects.  Be sure to check out the Cincinnati Children's websites on each of the CHD's.  The material presented by Cincinnati Children's would make excellent teaching tools for parents of infants with CHD.
