Why isn't there a search bar?

I think this person meant a search bar for the question page. It is impossible to sift through the thousands of questions that are all just random. I Have a question about how to put multiple rubrics in the evaluation and I can't find that question anywhere. It is a complete waste of time to have a million questions that are not organized in any way.

The search bar that appears when you click on the given link; http://zunal.com/index-search.php?t=5&key=webquest ; should be on the Home page. It clearly is not. And it is quite frustrating...
