In this WebQuest you will be reviewing what we have learned in class about different geometric shapes and their properties. Individually, you will then have to show what you know through interactive games.  Such as Jeopardy but in the case we changed the name to Geopardy

This game can be played in the classroom and at home.

Students/ teachers or parents can compile a list of questions based on the Geometrical topics conducted.

Task #2: You are going to compile questions based on the  shapes. Each question consist on a points system.

Example-  

Angles Questions- 
10 points -An angle whose measure is 90 degrees or What is a right angle?
20 points- An angle whose measure is less than 90 degrees What is an acute angle?
30 points- An angle whose measure is greater than 90 degrees What is an obtuse angle?
40 points- Two angles with the same measure What are congruent angles?
50 points- An example that proves a statement wrong What is a counterexample?

Polygons for
10 points- A five-sided polygon What is a pentagon?
20 points- A polygon whose sides are equal in measure What is an equilateral polygon?
30 points - A polygon in which no diagonal is outside the polygon What is a convex polygon?
40 points- A ten-sided polygon What is a decagon?

Triangles for
10 points- A triangle with one right angle What is a right triangle?
20 points - A triangle with three acute angles What is an acute triangle?
30 points - A triangle with one obtuse angle What is an obtuse triangle?
40 points -  A triangle with at least two congruent sides What is an isosceles triangle?
50 points - Two angles of a triangle that are opposite two sides of equal length What are base angles?
Quadrilaterals for
10 points - A quadrilateral with two pairs of opposite parallel sides What is a parallelogram?
20 points - An equilateral parallelogram What is a rhombus?
30 points- A quadrilateral with two distinct pairs of consecutive congruent sides What is a kite?
40 points - A quadrilateral with exactly one pair of parallel sides What is a trapezoid?
50 points- An equiangular rhombus or an equilateral rectangle What is a square?


Circles for
10 points  A segment from the center of a circle to a point on the edge of the circle What is a radius?
20 points Two points on a circle and the continuous part of the circle between them What is an arc of a circle?
30 points A line segment whose endpoints lie on the circle What is a chord?
40 points  What are concentric circles?
50 points A line that intersects a circle only once ..What is a tangent?
