Moroccan Cuisine

Food is an important aspect of any culture. It is also a distinguishing element within the same country regions and areas. 

Morocco is a rich country with a variety of local cuisines. In this WebQuest, we'll hopefully get the chance to learn about as many famous local dishes and food as possible.

In this WebQuest you will be required to choose your favourite Moroccan dish, gather information about it and eventually prepare a recipe or video tape to show what and how is it made.
