Construction

In groups of four, students will expose themselves to Construction of the requested angles by watching the following video:

The purpose of this video is to show students how the angles will be constructed.

Groups are then expected to discuss the video among themselves and make notes that will be useful to their task. Additional notes may be made from the Construction Guide 

An online discussion will be expected to take place on google classroom where students will state their views on construction of 60, 120 and 90 degree angles and will also share their ideas on the topic.

By the end of this, students should be able to meet the following objectives:

1. Outline the steps taken to construct a 60 degree angle.
2. Outline the steps taken to construct a 120 degree angle.
3. Outline the steps taken to construct a 90 degree angle.
4. Be able to construct all 3 angles with the use of a compass, protractor, ruler and a pencil.

If students are able to meet the objectives stated with competence, they will be able to move on to the Evaluation.
