It is good to be active for at least 30 minutes a day. It's a great way to stay fit.  Reducing sitting time is important, too. The more hours you sit each day, the higher your risk of metabolic problems. So now I want you guys to click the link below and participate. It is a Just Dance exercise video to keep you moving non stop for 30 minutes. Have fun, ask yourself 'what parts of my body am I working out? Can you make it the whole 30 minutes.
