Research and answer the following questions. You will find the answers in the pages of this WebQuest and the links provided below. Questions should be answered on a separate sheet. Your answers will go on the sheet I gave you.

*****You will now design a workout program based on your goals. It needs to have these three components in it: STRENGTH FITNESS PLAN, CARDIOVASCULAR PLAN, and NUTRITION PLAN. The nutrition plan must be designed for a one week menu. I have sample workouts attached below that you can look over as an example. If you just google workouts it will also give you great examples of workouts that might fit your needs. You MUST have a PLAN...that means you must have a workout that you plan on following when we go into the weight room!

http://www.acaloriecounter.com/diet/This link will guide you to a healthy nutrition plan. The Nutrition plan is just as important as strength training and cardio training. Be sure you come up with a great way to eat healthy and use the new food pyramid as a reference.
