A Trip Back in Time: Early and Ancient Civilizations

Materials you will need for each project are listed below:


1.   Newspaper:  Computer, resources, pictures...this may be done on the computer and then printed up.  (If a computer is not available for creating this news paper then it may be done manually.)  paper, (if newsprint is available or can be made in the form of a scroll.  Be creative! :)
 
2.   Book:  Construction paper, paper (notebook or plain) markers, colored pencils, illustrations (either drawn or cut and pasted), glue, scissors, pencils, stapler.

3.   Board Game: Poster board, construction paper, markers, ruler, dice or spinner (can be handmade), objects for game pieces, paper for written instructions, index cards for questions.

4.  Brochure: Cardstock, paper, markers, colored pencils, pictures. Can be done on the computer if teacher allows.

5.  3D Map: Poster board, card stock, construction paper, scissors, small objects to place on map, glue. index cards.
