THE NATURE OF INTRAPERSONAL COMMUNICATION
Introduction

Intrapersonal communication is a manner of communication that helps every person communicate with themselves. It helps in explaining what is known as the self-concept. Intrapersonal communication can also be comprehended as self-talk. Self-talk is recognized as the verbal side of thinking. Some people begin by thinking aloud, but most of us communicate with ourselves in the brain. People always express their goals and dreams to themselves. How do they do it? Are they able to visualize something as they imagine it? What if they cannot see their dream out in front of them? How will they follow it? An individual should know what they are looking for.
