Hello students you already know about area and how to calculate it but are you ready to find out how much fun you can have using area to solve real life problems? 

Sam, a distant relative who attends Well- Learn Academy in St. Ann is visiting your house for the first time. He is fascinated about the size of your living room that was reconstructed. He wants to know the area of the floor of the living room and also how to fit different furniture of various area in it. What would you do if you were asked to find the area of the floor of the newly done living room and also the area of each piece of furniture to be placed in the room? How would you demonstrate to show the area with and without the use of standard measurement?
