5 Components of Fitness and the Fitt Principle



You want to try out for the school baseball/softball team and need to improve your cardiovascular/aerobic capacity,  muscular strength and endurance, and speed to prepare for the upcoming season.  Your knowledge of the health and skill related components of physical activity is limited so you will be asked to explore these components to gain an understanding of fitness.  After improving your knowledge base, you will research physical activities that target each component and develop a 7 day sample exercise program using FITT Principle.   This should be designed to improve your aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance, and speed in order to make the school baseball/softball team.
