Macbeth: The Play and The Man

Before we read the play Macbeth by William Shakespeare, you will need to gain some understanding of time, major concepts of the play, and a general understanding of the playwright before we tackle how to read the complicated language of Shakespeare,  This WebQuest will assist you in reaching this goal and assist you in the post reading project and essay assignments. As you listen, view, and read about Shakespeare, The Globe Theater, and actors' views of what the play Macbeth is really about, use the WebQuest handout to guide you through the tasks.  Remember you must upload your answers to the school's website before 3:30 pm when we return from fall intercession.
