Mathematics Set Off


Ask students what "wow" moment did they had? What was the most important thing they learned today? How does the lesson influence their thinking and what was the most challenging aspect in today's lesson?

Ask students to share what methods they thought were most useful for finding area.

Discuss new things that the students learned about area of shapes in a lively conversation using small groups approach. Students will be asked what information from the lesson they will find important a few years from now and why.

Students work (grids) will be collected and reviewed to identify students who need additional support.
