Life Skills Unit: Conflict Management

Conflict is a part of life and will occur as opportunity arises. It can be positive or negative depending on how you manage it. Being able to identify potential conflict and their warning signs will enable you to use the appropriate conflict managemet strategies to help you make good decisions. This process develops a strong sense of self confidence; a high ability to interoperate socially; assertive and cooperative skills through collaboration; and better prepare you to deal with conflict in the future.
