Evaluation Page Missing
Only in the preview mode will the Evaluation Page not show.However it shows fine in the admin mode. when anyone goes to the site to see the published work it is not there either.

It will not show if you Hide the page using the "Hide/Show" button. I just checked your webquest and it seems fine.
