LOST ACCOUNT

Hello, i create an accout with username tonia.vod@gmail.com at 12/03/2019 and i create a webquest http://zunal.com/webquest.php?w=403409.

Now that i am trying to login in order to make it publish zunal says that my account doesn't exist!!! i make a new account now in order to submitt my question with the same email....what is happening here?My whole work has been dissapear?

Please let me know about the process, i have also the confirmation mail from my registration but i cannot atach here.
