students cannot enter name into quiz

My students see the quiz and can take the quiz, but at the bottom of the page they cannot enter their name. Are they supposed to have a login account? At the bottom of my quiz, there is a box under the place they type their name that says "Login"

Do students have to register with an email account in order to submit their answers for a quiz I posted? I took it to see what students will have to do, but in the end, students cannot enter their name at the bottom of the quiz to be able to be scored. Please help ASAP.

Students do nt have to register for zunal in order to take the quiz. They do not need a zunal account.
