Cannot hide the rubric or change titles in a web quest

I created a webquest from a copy of one I creagted a few months ago. I cannot hide pages, the rubric, or change titles in tabs...HELP!!!

Please go to evaluation page and click on change page content. There, you will be able to change the page title, and hide/show rubric.
