Changes were lost

I was making changes to the process page. I retitled it "Requirements" and then began changing the content on the page. I then saved the changes. The changes not only were NOT saved but it appears that the entire page was weirdly formatted. 

Please let me know what's going on ASAP. Can you actually look at my webquest and let me know what you think. I'm assigning this NEXT week and need it ready to go.
