Formatting my rubric

I created a rubric in a word document. I also saved as a pdf.  I am having probkems pasting my rubric into my evaluation page so that it fits the page.  It is over the margins. Please advise.

Please remove the three lines under "The Great Gatsby". The lines are causing page to extend.
