Updating my Profile Picture - No Go!

I do not look anything like my sihouette on my profile picture, so I want to update it. I have attempted to update my profile picture, but it never loads. I select "Update Profile Picture" and it shows a blank page with the web address of "http://zunal.com/xdash_profile_photo_edit.php". but nothing changes. I checked my file type (I tried png and jpg), and made sure my file size was less than 500 x 500 pixels.
