Why is there huge gap?

Hello Zunal.com,

My name is Talilia I am a student at Grand Canyon University. My question is why is there such a huge gap before the chart that I pasted an copied into the Teacher Page pane. I am unable to pull the chart up higher towards the upper toolbar? Thank you for your help me regarding the matter.

Please try to place the rubric in the bottom of the page rather than top. You copied pasted the rubric from another soruce. Original source brings the spacing.
