Welcome: Healthy Kids
Description: After students have researched the food pyramid, healthy eating habits, and activities fit for youth, students they will be asked to devise a balanced nutrition and exercise program that fits their everyday lifestyle. This nutrition and exercise program will be targeted especially for third grade students.
Grade Level: 3-5
