Description: In the sport of Track and Field relay is a main event. In the relay there are three types of non-visual baton exchange, they are up sweep, down sweep and push pass. Is it very important to use the most effective baton exchange in the relay to get the baton around the track safely, and successful. In the non-visual baton exchange there are the incoming runner who will pass the baton and the outgoing runner who will receive the baton.
