Description: Have you ever just sat in your rooms and watch movies without engaging in chores or have you ever went to the river to swim or just to cool down? If your answers are yes, then you had experience recreation and leisure. As such, Recreation are activities that are done for enjoyment when one is not working. Leisure is the time when one is not working or occupied. With that being said, Recreation is very important to our daily lives as well as resting. In this lesson we will be discussing all about recreation and leisure time and why it is vital to our daily lives.
