Welcome: Federalists and Anti-Federalists: Where the Founders Stood
Description: This WebQuest is to not only provide an avenue of inquiry for students to explore the elements of dissent regarding the ratification of the Constitution of the United States, but also to provide an avenue of inquiry into the literature of the Federalist Papers. This exploration is meant to provide a literary dimension to American Government class discourse to involve students in the frame of mind of the Federalists, and to understand how powerful the press is as an entity in American politics historically, a path of inquiry that supports and legitamizes the 1st Amendment to the Constitution itself.
