Welcome: music improvisation
Description: This is an improvisation assignment for intermediate band classes. The students will create a short piece of their own in small groups. Each group should contain at least one instrument of each classification (brass, woodwind, percussion). Their piece will be in 4/4 time and will be at least 8 measures long. Bonus points for a more difficult rhythm!
