Description: The lesson develops an understanding of the Holocaust. Topics include the development of the Concentration camps, the creation of anti-Jewish laws under Hitler in Germany, and the continued effect of the Holocaust. Skills include the evaluation of primary source material (Survivor and Guard interviews), Virtual exhibits (Concentration camp tours and online artifacts, and finding additional online sources. In class activities include printed materials evaluation, classroom discussion, and Flipbook assignment work.
