Welcome: What comes from a dark place?
Description: No Student should be intimidated by a poem, so with this web quest they can leave with the correct skills to unlock any poem that comes their way. To go beyond the common poetry teaching strategies, I will provide individual and group activities for engagement and understanding. Students will analyze Emily Dickinson's poem “We Grow Accustomed to the Dark" to discover its purpose, literary devices, and relevance to themselves today.
