Welcome: Solving World Problems with Literature
Description: Using an approved work of fiction, you will be responsible for creating a PowerPoint or Prezi or Google Slides presentation drawing correlations between events in the story and events happening in the world today. This can be done by researching current events anywhere in the world. Your presentation must include enough information on your story that someone who has not read it could understand its relevance as well as information on the current event. You must also draw from the work of fiction to develop a possible solution to the current event. Once completed, the project will be uploaded to Google Classroom and you will be responsible for presenting it to the class
