Description: This lesson was designed for grade 6 students who are looking for a challenge. Apart of the Jamaican educational systems, students at the six level should learn about different types of rocks in their science class. An extention of this is to classisfy various types of rocks. This webquest incorporates research, literature and visual effects (video) in a fun and exciting way to boost students learning. This is a great way for students to gain first hand experience of various rock types.
