Welcome: What's all the buzz?
Description: Bees are more than just insects to be scared of that sting you. Bees help our world by pollinating flowers and making honey. Bees work together with lots of other bees in a community. Bees have a remarkable life that is interesting and helpful to everyone. Students will learn about the life in the day of a bee. They will learn about the purpose of a bee, the helpful parts of a bee, and how the colony works together. This Web Quest is designed to promote student understanding about the complexity of bees and the bee colony. It will also promote learning about how important bees are to the environment. Students will learn about the the helpfulness of bees and how it relates to their world through fun and interactive activities. This Web Quest is appropriate for students in kindergarten through second grade.
