Welcome: Relative Frequency - The M&M Scandal
Description: Students will be presented with an "investigation" of Mars Inc.'s M&Ms. Rumors have been spread, stating that Mars Inc. makes more brown M&Ms than any other color, to save money on food coloring. Students must examine random samples of M&Ms, and use math to determine if the rumors are true.
Grade Level: 6-8
