Welcome: The American Flag
Description: The American Flag is a respectful symbol of the United States of America. The stars, stripes, and the colors (red, white, and blue) all have a different meaning. Although the representation of all these aspects of the flag are important, a lot of citizens do not know the meaning, how it was chosen, or what each part of the flag represents. As a citizen of the United States, it is our duty to know the foundation on which this country was built and what we stand for. In this Web Quest, we are going to help George Washington remember what this flag is all about!
