Description: As many slaves were uprooted from their homes in Africa and sold as property in the United States, the majority found ways to resist their enslavement. In this WebQuest, you will take a brief look at slavery as it was practiced in America. When you are finished, you will imagine yourself as a slave during the early 1800s and answer interview questions to tell your own story.
