Creating a Business Plan Presentation

Welcome: Creating a Business Plan Presentation
Description: Students will work with a "business" partner to create a revolutionary business of the 21st century. Students will use Power Point, Excel, Audacity, and other presentation technologies to create a business plan and advertisement that they will present to possible investors (the rest of the class). This lesson is for 5th-8th grade students but can be adapted for older students. Students will learn how to not only create and market a business plan but they will also grow in their technology skills. The students who participate in this lesson will need to have some previous knowledge of the Industrial Revolution and how it changed our country. Students should know that creativity is the key to this project.
