Welcome: author study
Description: Students will do research on Leo Lionni, children's author. They will watch an interview between the author and a young reader. Students will learn about what a fable is and write one themselves. Students will research and apply the different art techniques Leo Leonni enjoys using in his books and apply this technique when creating their own fable.
