Welcome: First Grade Penguin WebQuest
Description: In this WebQuest, first graders will work in teams to research a chosen penguin species. They will develop research questions, conduct research, share findings, and synthesize their information into a letter to convince the local zoo to adopt their penguin. The letter will be informative for the zoo to learn about their penguin and its habitat. This WebQuest addresses first grade Common Core ELA standards in reading and writing, first grade Ohio life science standards, Ohio Technology Standards, and Library Guidelines for technology literacy.
