Description: This is a five-day unit identifying a specifc concept through Ameriacn History, World History, Geography, Civics/Government, and Economics. This unit is designed to teach and instruct students about the importance of Alabama as a state. This WebQuest serves as a guide for teaching 4th grade Social Studies. The students will enlighten their understanding of the the major themes of geography, Alabama's history, geography, economics, it's impact, and and the it's people, their contributions, and how their actions as leaders affected us today as people.
