Description: This stuff is considered to be one of the essentials for survival. Everyone needs it! As it is a human need, it would make a big impact if we, personally know how it is done and processed. ..and most importantly, we know how to conserve it. Have a thought on what this stuff is? Here's a hint.. Look closely at the picture above.. And what you are holding? a computer mouse? computer keyboard? What makes these hardwares work? And look at your monitor? Could you possibly work on this webquest without this "stuff"? Well, i guess you bet it! Electricity. This webquest will help you: 1. develop a concept on how electricity is brought into your homes from the direct source, particularly solar energy; 2. determine some innovations / improvised materials that would generate electricity using solar energy; 3. calculate monthly electrical bills based on everyday consumption; and 4. relay to consumers conservation of energy / electricity.
