Welcome: The Quest for a Healthier YOU!
Description: The student will learn what it takes to have a healthy diet. They will also learn the importance of a healthy diet and excercise plan. They will do this by on-line research and in-class discussions. Their project will be to create and/or explain seven different types of physical activities that can be considered excercise and to create a log of what they eat over a three day period and decide if it was healthy or not.
Grade Level: 6-8
