Description: The Native American culture is in important part of our history. The ways Native Americans lived varied greatly depending on their location within our country. We need to learn and understand more about the people who lived on our land previous to settlers. The goal of this WebQuest is to learn more about the Native Americans of the Pacific Northwest, gaining an appreciation for this wonderful culture and part of our history. What tribes once existed in the Plateau and Coastal regions? What types of shelters did they use? What types of food did they eat? What tribes are still in existence in these areas today?
