BILL OF RIGHTS-THE RIGHT TO HAVE RIGHTS

Teachers need to be able to develop their final product with graphic organizers, guidance and the steps for gradual release of responsibility in place. The teacher needs to include; modeling, guided instruction, collaboration and independent practice. There needs to be focus lessons over the different pieces of technology used. Plus, there needs to be graphic organizers developed to help the students focus their thoughts. The books that are used in the project can be added to or toned down. The books vary in levels, and this will give a great differentiation piece to help the students at different reading levels have their needs met.  Proper amount of reading time must be offered to help students get through the books at a nice pace, even the less confident readers.
