Foundations for Teaching and Learning ECE 5001

Teacher Page

This webquest was my very first one. I do like a challenge, and I was challenged. This assignment took me five days to complete, because I had to look up how to do a webquest, watch the video a few times, and look up my assignment over again. The people including my professor from my school were very understanding and patient with me as I asked many questions. I wanted to become familiar with zunal and webquest not only for this assignment, but for any future classes, and assignments that may occur in my future academic career. I came across some problems including trying to change my font size on one particular section, as well the style of writing. I was trying to type in the same format, and APA style as my papers were, and as I went to type in certain sections, it was difficult to highlight and change afterward. Every time I went to change something in the paper, it was hard to highlight and change, as another section would change in the process.
I do see that in my particular assignment I was given, it was hard to follow this format, as this assignment I had, did not need to be in lesson plan form, but certain sections did follow what curriculum I would adhere to.  I would work with this site as directing a lesson to my students as it is used for in the future, however. I am glad I am familiar now with a webquest, as a few days ago I was completely panicked, as I never completed one before. Being this is my first one, I did work very hard with some visible mistakes in some sections earlier as you can see.
This webquest was about past historical educators that made an impact, or contribution to contemporary times currently. I chose to speak in one section on a select few that fit best in my methods of teaching early childhood students.
