Input and Output Devices

This web quest is designed for students from grades 9- 12. It helps students to practice and use valid resources given by this web quest. We would like to recognize Mr. Grey for collating the fundamentals of I.T. folder which she also made available at the computer lab 2. Thank you Mr. Grey for granting permission to utilize your work. Other references included in this web quest are given in the files attached.

The students are given the task to answer question collaboratively. They are then asked to use there search skills to find some required information about the input and output devices from specific resource.

Standards

At the end of this lesson, student well be able to:

1. Construct a definition of the terms Input and Output Devices accurately, after a video song that is played about Input and Output Devices.

2. During the using of a power point while discussing, State four Input and four output devices.

3. Demonstrate how input and output devices are used on a computer to produce information accurately, after watching a video showing the demonstration of the devices use to the computer.

These objectives will allow these students to :
- Identify the input device.
- list examples about input devices.
- Identify the output device.
- list examples about output devices.
