Addition of a two-two digit numbers with Re-grouping

The   web-quest is design to cater for students between the ages of  6-8  who is having difficulty of adding a two-two digit with regrouping . As Teacher it is important to used various resources such as concrete materials , incorporating instructional software and activities into your mathematics lesson. Children between the ages of 6+8 years in the pre-operational  stage they learn by participating and looking at objects. In this way the students  critical thinking and problem solving will be develop. 

Standards

THE OBJECTIVES WAS ACHIEVED AS LISTED BELOW;
Cognitive/ Knowledge: Standard one students�, working individually, will be able to correctly identify the tens and ones place value in a two- digit number with 100% accuracy.

Cognitive/Comprehension: Standard one students�, working individually will be able to describe the concept of regrouping in addition with 100% accuracy.

Psychomotor/Guided Responses: Standard one students�, working in pairs, should be able to Look at VIDEO TUTORIAL in understanding addition of a double digit number with re-grouping with 100% accuracy.

Affective/ Responding: Standard one student�s, working individually, will be able to participate in a lesson activity using web quest software tool with 100% accuracy.

Affective/Responding: Standard one students� working in groups will be able to perform the whole task of regrouping in addition using work sheets with 100% accuracy
